SSP Kanwalpreet Singh Chahal Assures Full Support to the Trading Community

Punjab Desk: As part of the Punjab Government’s initiative to listen to and resolve the issues faced by traders at their doorstep, a special meeting with members of the trading community was organized today in the Jandiala Assembly constituency. The meeting was arranged by Abhishek Bansal, Vice Chairman of the Punjab State Traders Commission, District Amritsar, and was attended by SSP Amritsar S. Kanwalpreet Singh Chahal along with other senior police officials.
During the meeting, SSP S. Kanwalpreet Singh Chahal assured the traders that the district police team remains available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, to ensure their safety and provide assistance whenever required. He stated that traders would not be allowed to face any law-and-order related difficulties and that their concerns would be addressed on a priority basis.
On the occasion, members of the trading community expressed their gratitude to Punjab Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, stating that for the first time in the last 70 years, senior police officers are personally reaching out to traders, listening to their concerns, and assuring them of prompt solutions.
Among those present at the meeting were DSP Jandiala S. Baljit Singh, SHO S. Harpal Singh, Jandiala Trade Chairperson Ramesh Awasthi, Sarabjit Singh Dimpy, Gautam Seth, Sunil Pasi, Sunny Kahwa, Jagdeep Singh, and several other prominent traders.
