Officials resolved people’s complaints on the spot
Under the campaign ‘Sarkar Aapre Duaar’ launched on the instructions of the Punjab Government to bring various government services closer to the people’s homes, Dr. Baljit Kaur, Social Security, Women and Child Development Minister Punjab and Mr. Rajesh Tripathi, Deputy Commissioner, Sri Muktsar Sahib, today listened to the problems of the people of various villages of Malout Vidhan Sabha constituency at village Rahudayanwali.
The Cabinet Minister said that the Punjab Government is committed to providing all facilities to the people, for which this initiative has been started by the Punjab Government throughout the state and the ‘Sarkar Aapre Duaar’ campaign launched by the government to provide various government services to the residents near their homes is receiving a huge response.
He said that now people do not need to go to the officials to solve their problems, rather the officials will reach out to the people and solve their problems. He appealed to the district residents to take maximum advantage of this campaign.
The Deputy Commissioner said that such grievance redressal programs will be implemented from time to time in the district and sub-divisions of the district by officers of all departments reaching out to the people and resolving their problems.
Aam Aadmi Party workers and officials of various departments including Mr. Manjinder Singh Kaka Urang, Mr. Simarjit Singh Block President, Mr. Gurbhagat Singh Block President, Mr. Amrik Singh Mika Ina Khera, Mr. Labh Singh, Mr. Ranjit Singh Khera Naib Tehsildar were present in this program.
