Punjab Desk: Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan has expressed deep grief over the demise of Sant Baba Mahendra Das Ji of Vivek Ashram, Village Mallewala, District Faridkot .
He said that Sant Baba Mahendra Das Ji , the birthplace of Sant Baba Karnail Das Ji and the chief servant of Shaheed Naib Singh Gill Vivek Ashram Mallewala , has renounced his five physical bodies and immersed himself in the Guru’s feet.
Speaker S. Sandhwan said that Baba Mahendra Das Ji inspired the Sangat of the country and abroad to connect with Gurbani and walk on the path of truth. The physical departure of such a religious personality has caused a great loss to the entire society , which can never be compensated.
He said that he had recently visited Vivek Ashram to inquire about the health of Sant Baba Mahendra Das Ji and had darshan of Baba Ji. He is very saddened to hear the news of his demise today.
The Speaker prayed that God Almighty grant the departed soul eternal rest at His feet and grant the congregation the strength to accept their fate.
