Punjab Desk: With the return of the wrestlers to the playgrounds, our youth are getting new guidance. Guru Saheb also started the tradition of Akharas. Through which the path of physical fitness and mental development can be adopted. It is only with the teachings received from him that wrestling is flourishing today. Punjabi youth show great interest in Chhinjh fairs.
These views were expressed by Dr. Sanjeev Gautam, District President , on the occasion of Chhinj Mela organized by Shaheed Bhagat Singh Dangal Committee in Bhalli last evening in collaboration with Gram Panchayat . He said that the way the play grounds of the villages are now returning to life , it is a symbol of the fact that the youth of the state is giving priority to physical and mental health. He said that just as the Punjab government has succeeded in pulling some youth of Punjab out of the swamp of drugs , in the same way, all the youth of the state have turned their attention towards the play grounds. Today , from the participation of a large number of youth, boys , girls and especially women in the sports fairs and cultural events, it is evident that the Punjab government led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann has restored the prosperity of the state in the villages. Dr. Gautam said that Mr. Under the leadership of Cabinet Minister Harjot Singh Bains, every village is being developed and this development will continue in this manner.
