Punjab Desk: AmanSher Singh Sherry Kalsi, the young MLA from Batala and Executive President of Punjab, has traveled to the United States to participate in the three-day National Conference of State Legislatures Summit-2025 (NCSL Summit), where elected legislators from around the world have been specially invited.
Expressing gratitude to Shri Arvind Kejriwal, Supremo of the Aam Aadmi Party, and S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, Chief Minister of Punjab, MLA Sherry Kalsi said that under their guidance, he has been given the opportunity to represent Punjab on this prestigious global platform. He informed that the NCSL India delegation has been invited to the summit being held in Boston, USA, from 4th to 6th August 2025.
MLA Sherry Kalsi expressed his happiness over being selected to participate in the NCSL Summit-2025, which includes legislators from across the globe. He stated that it is a proud moment for him to present the people-centric initiatives carried out by the Aam Aadmi Party-led Punjab government on such an international stage.
He further explained that the NCSL 2025 Legislative Summit is an annual meeting of the National Conference of State Legislatures, focused on state lawmakers and legislative staff. It is a major gathering centered on public policy, featuring sessions on diverse topics such as artificial intelligence, healthcare, and education. This year, the summit is being held in Boston, USA. The conference also serves as a platform for networking among state legislators and sharing best practices.
