Punjab Desk:  Under the leadership of Punjab Chief Minister S. Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government is making dedicated efforts to launch various development projects in both villages and cities with the vision of building a prosperous “Rangla Punjab.” Continuing this mission, MLA from Fazilka, Mr. Narinder Pal Singh Sawna, initiated the construction work of a park in Khatik Mohalla at a cost of ₹16 lakh. He announced that the park would be completed soon and dedicated to the residents of the locality.

While addressing the gathering, MLA Sawna said that the park was sanctioned as per the demand of local residents, providing children a space to play and elders a place for daily walks. He also assured that demands for parks in other areas and localities are being addressed, and the repair of existing parks has already been initiated.

Mr. Sawna further stated that in the coming days, the city will witness major infrastructure upgrades, including construction of concrete roads, laying of drinking water pipelines, and improvement of the sewerage system. He assured that all pending works, even those left incomplete by previous governments, would soon be completed so that residents face no inconvenience.

On this occasion, Executive Officer Vikram Dhooria, SHO Lakh Raj, Babu Chetival, Block President Sandeep Chalana, Bansi Sama, Sunil Maini, Aman, and several AAP leaders were present.
