Guided tour will be held at Virasat-e-Khalsa , Bhai Jaita Ji Memorial and Panj Piara Park – Cabinet Minister

- Punjab Desk: Harjot Singh Bains, Cabinet Minister for Education, Information and Public Relations and MLA Sri Anandpur Sahib, said thaton November 23, a guided tour will start from Virasat-e-Khalsa and end at Bhai Jaita Ji Memorial and Panj Piara Park. This tourhas been specially prepared to introduce the tourists , devotees and students to the history and culture of Sri Anandpur Sahib.
The Cabinet Minister said that this guided tour will start in the morning from Virasat-e-Khalsa , where the journey to the birthplace of the Khalsa, Shri Anandpur Sahib, has been preserved through modern technologies. The devotees will be provided with important information related to the creation of the Khalsa, the saga and the Gurus. He was told that during this tour, scholars and guides will also inform the devotees in detail about the historical context of each gallery, exhibition and painting.
After this, the tour will proceed to Bhai Jaita Ji Memorial. Dedicated to the memory of Bhai Jaita Ji, who set an immortal example in Sikh history from Delhi to Sri Anandpur Sahib after the martyrdom of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji , this place connects the devotees with a deep spirituality and message of service. Mr. Bains said that the devotees will be provided with detailed information about the great contribution of Bhai Jaita Ji here.
The tour will conclude at the Panj Piara Park , where the congregation will be made aware of the religious, social and historical significance of the Panj Piaras of the Khalsa Panth . Here, the congregation will also hear the stories of the creation of the Khalsa and the sacrifices made by the Panj Piaras.
Mr. Bains said that this guided tour will be organized in Sri Anandpur Sahib in the context of the 350th anniversary of martyrdom celebrations , the main objective of which is to connect the new generation with its heritage. He said that the administration has ensured full arrangements for the convenience of tourists .
There is a lot of enthusiasm among the devotees regarding this guided tour and the administration hopes that this yatra will further highlight the spiritual and historical importance of Sri Anandpur Sahib.
