Punjab Desk: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) has announced a special offer to celebrate Independence Day by launching the ‘Azadi Plan’, under which customers can get free 4G mobile services for one month. As part of this initiative, a BSNL SIM will be provided for just ₹1, giving users access to high-speed internet and SMS services throughout the month.
This information was shared by Rajpal Dahiya, Deputy General Manager of BSNL Sangrur/Barnala. He stated that BSNL, a trusted government telecom provider, has launched the Azadi Plan to meet customer expectations and mark India’s Independence Day by offering citizens a taste of India’s indigenously developed 4G technology.
Under this plan, each user will receive 2GB of high-speed data per day and free SMS services for one month. Dahiya added that the BSNL Sangrur operational area, which covers Sangrur, Malerkotla, and Barnala districts, has been actively expanding its network using Make-in-India technology.
More than 600 4G sites have already been launched in Malerkotla and Barnala, with the goal of providing secure, high-quality, and affordable mobile connectivity, contributing significantly to the success of Digital India.
