He said that people who have a regular lifestyle, no chest pain, no shortness of breath, no rapid heartbeat, no history of dizziness or fainting, normal blood pressure and blood sugar levels, do not smoke or consume excessive alcohol or other intoxicants, and have no personal history of heart disease, can start gym/exercise/aerobics/swimming without a doctor’s advice.

He cautioned that protein powders should be used carefully as they may contain lead, arsenic, and other heavy metals. Creatine supplements should be limited to 3–5 grams per day; excessive use can damage the kidneys. Only certified products should be chosen. Drink adequate fluids. Vitamin D 60,000 IU can be taken monthly. He strictly advised against using anabolic supplements, energy drinks, stimulants, and excessive caffeine, as these can cause hormonal imbalance and diseases related to the kidneys, liver, and heart. If there is excessive weakness, fatigue, chest pain, shortness of breath, jaundice, swelling, or changes in urine color, seek immediate medical advice. Prefer home-cooked meals.
