Punjab Desk: Under the directions of Deputy Commissioner Ferozepur, Mrs. Deepshikha Sharma, and under the able guidance of Dr. Ravi Kumar Doomra, Director of Ayurveda; Dr. Rupinderdeep Kaur Gill, District Ayurvedic & Unani Officer; and Dr. Rahman Asad, District Homeopathic Officer, the 14th AYUSH Medical Camp was organized at Gurdwara Sahib, Baddhni Jaimal Singh, Ferozepur.
Dr. Rupinderdeep Kaur Gill, District Ayurvedic & Unani Officer, informed that around 237 patients were examined during the camp and provided with free medicines. She further stated that as part of the department’s initiative, a total of 15 AYUSH medical camps are being organized from July 29 to August 29, benefiting 5,535 patients so far with free check-ups and medicines.
The camp was actively supported by Ayurveda Department’s Dr. Rakesh Grover, Dr. Rupinderjeet Kaur, Dr. Sheenam Kathpal, Amanpreet Kaur (Assistant Vaid), Tarsem Singh, Vishal, and Surjit Kaur (Yoga Instructor). From the Homeopathy Department, Dr. Satnam Singh Gill, Gurwinder Singh, Vijay Kumar, and Dispenser performed their duties diligently.
